Left Vila at 09:00, and had a brisk sail up the west coast of Efate Island to Havannah Bay, going through some fierce overfalls off the SW corner of the Island. Havannah Bay was where the American fleet sheltered before the battle of the Coral Sea, so there were many reminders of them ashore. We walked to a delightful village nearby, and spent some time there.
